Default Computer Diagnostics Program

I've seen screenshots of people's desktops with programs that show their computer's diagnostics and computer usage on the desktop. What is the program called? Thanks in advance.

There's also a program called Samurize, http://www.samurize.com/ from memory, don't hold me to that though.

I use Samurize. U can get lot's of cool stuff in it, but I am too lazy to do it.
So now I only have the CPU usage, date, uptime and the amount of free memory.
