Computer is Dead....HELP!!!!

My computer is acting very weird. I turn it on everything works perfectly all the startup programs are turning on such as antivirus. Then BAM! a blank green screen. After 30 secs it turns to a black screen. I also noticed that the CPU fan stops and my keyboard doesnt work. But My GPU fan and mouse still works. I also tried it in safe mode and it doesnt turn green/black. So whats the problem guys!!!!???

Specs:
CPU: Pentium 4 516 HT 2.93GHZ (OC'ed to 3.4GHZ)
RAM: 2x 512 DDR2 + 1x 1024 DDR2 = 2GB DDR2
GPU: XFX 8600 GTS XXX
HDD: 141GB
PSU: 350W (20V: +12 V RAIL)

You should have just edited your last post you made about this and added in the specs instead of making a whole new thread with the same thing.

kk I fixed it sorry for re-post. The overclock configuration in clockgen was for like a random motherboard so I took it off and im doin good.

maybe yor PSU thats extremely low for what your pulling I had a 350 just for 1 gb stick of ram try something different
