i really dont know what the problem is here. whenever i launch any .exe or a game or what not, it will just lose my wiFi signal, and then regain it soon after.

and its really laggy for when its in these games.

i went into task manager and all exe's had a *32 by them?

like

steam.exe*32

im running 64 bit, might not be the case but :/

The *32 simply means it's running the program in 32 bit instead of 64.

Sounds like it's time for some cleaning...

Download a few tools. (use a 2nd computer if needed - copy to flash drive)
All tools are free. No need to purchase them unless you want.
CCleaner - Builds
RKill Download
Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware removes malware
Download ClamWin Free Antivirus

Download the portable version of ccleaner.
Unzip and run ccleaner, Clean your system of junk and temp files.
Next use the registry, scan and fix the registry errors, (Choose to save backups)
Download Rkill, run this file. Do not use the computer until it tells you. I 've seen it run 15-20 minutes on infected systems.
Install malwarebytes and update if you can. Do a quick scan and remove infected files.

That should help you out..

Try to boot to safe mode with networking.

Load up the browser. Now run your exe, see if it still disconnections in safe mode.

Is it all exe files? Ones you put on the computer? or Even windows.
What happens when you run calc? or cmd? do those knock you off the internet as well?
