Default Computer cooling advice needed.

Hi guys, I've noticed recently that my cpu(Q6600 @2.4GHz at 39C idle) and mobo(Asus P5k at 45C idle) temps are quite high when idle. I've decided to invest in aftermarket cooling for my cpu and mobo and a push pull configuration for my case. I also want to overclock my Q6600 to somewhere around 3.2GHz. I want you guys to suggest me some good cooling solutions(cpu, mobo)
Thanks.

If money isn't an issue, go with this:

If it is, go with this, it's about 5*C behind the 120 Extreme.

I have an OCZ Vendetta for my Q6600. I would definitely recommend that. It is capable of cooling my Q6600 at 3.6GHz for benchmarks but I normally run it at 3.4. Here it is: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16835202005
The best thing you can do to keep your mobo cool is to have good airflow inside your case. (intake fan at the front, exhaust at the rear) Active CPU cooling should also help this if your chipset has passive cooling.
Would you like help overclocking too?

I think the Zalman 9700 is overrated. The Tuniq Tower 120 or the ULTRA 120 eXtreme are better performers and cost less: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=5031
http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=5031

As for the case fans, it doesn't actually say how much air those Zalman 120mm fans move. These are very good high performance fans that move a lot of air: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=6170 110CFM is a lot.
These are a bit quieter, but of course aren't quite as effective: http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=6026

I have got a question about setting the fans in push pull config. I will be ordering two of this(http://www.pccasegear.com/index.php?...oducts_id=6683) case fans and will i be able to set them in a push pull config or do i need to buy different fans specifically made for push pull?
The link doesn't seem to be working. You can use the same fans for both intake and exhaust. They have screw holes on both sides so you can just turn them around and they'll be blowing the other way.

Active=with fans
Passive=without any fans.
