Default Which computer to buy?

I know cheap and reliable dont really go togather, but thats what Im looking for....What brand would be the best "bang for the buck"...Not looking to build right now...just buy straight from the store how it is.....

i'd highly recommend building your own, it's worth the savings and it's not hard.

otherwise, take a look at dell vostro's.

I dont know how to build my own...I mean I can see it NOT being THAT hard but ive never done it and I need it for just simple school stuff...Cant I just buy the cheapest and add more memory etc as I go kinda deal....?
