Computer Broken?

What is it? We need a little more than a picture of your screen and "I need help!".

Is it a laptop or desktop? Have you taken any troubleshooting steps? If so, what?

Have you tried connecting an external monitor? If the screen looks fine then we can say that the problem is with the laptop screen. Most likely, the ribbon cable that connects the screen to the motherboard.

This is a picture of a dead or dying video chip on the system. I've had this tons of times. In some cases, as OhSnap said, it's the ribbon cable - I hope for your sake it's that and not a dead card.

If the system runs abnormally hot, that's usually a sign that it is the video card and not the ribbon cable. :(
