Computer beeps

Hey,

To cut a long story short, I have an old computer, and when I power it up, it turns on all fans are working, but the computer makes 1 long beep then 3 short

Beeeep beep beep beep


What could be the cause of the problem???

I'm pretty sure that's the no video beep. Check your video card, that your monitor is proporly connected, etc...

OK, thanks for the quick reply, will check tommorow, I think it might be, I did take my video card out to let it sit a while, maybe i didnt connect it back in properley thanks agen
