[FONT=Verdana, Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif]Memory Expansion
The 975XBX2KR provides 4 DIMM sockets using Dual Channel 240-pin DDR2 with a total capacity of up to 4GB. You can install DDR 533/667/800MHz Memory.

you want the 800mhz (faster, duh). 2gb is all you really need.

...whats your budget?

So I take it your budget's around $900.
CPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16819115018 You say you want a quad, and this is the best solution currently available.
Mobo: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16813130098 Nice cooling which makes for a great OC'ing board.
RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227089 DDR2 800MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings by OCZ. I would usually recommend Corsair XMS2 but this is a good deal. Get X2 as it seems you want Vista.
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341010 These are made by the FSP group who are a very reputable brand. Four 12V rails carrying over 50A!
HDD: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16822152052 I have this very HDD and I'm very happy with it. I can't hear it ATM and I'm doing a virus scan.
CPU cooler: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16835202005 Fantastic price to performance cooler. Currently cooling my Q6600 @ 35c idle and almost 3.5GHz.
GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133205 This 8800GT is so amazingly cheap that you have to dump EVGA and buy it. I'm sure you're OK with OC'ing the card yourself, aren't you?
The case I suppose is just a personal preference, so I can't recommen one for you. And BTW, the total cost of the components I linked to is $850. And you would be getting so much more than if you bought one pre-built.

Edit your links, the hyphens at the end are fusing with the links and it doesn't go to the right place.
