Okay so my computer right now is for sale,

you want the 800mhz (faster, duh). 2gb is all you really need.

RAM: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16820227089 DDR2 800MHz with 4-4-4-12 timings by OCZ. I would usually recommend Corsair XMS2 but this is a good deal. Get X2 as it seems you want Vista.
PSU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16817341010 These are made by the FSP group who are a very reputable brand. Four 12V rails carrying over 50A!

GPU: http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.aspx?Item=N82E16814133205 This 8800GT is so amazingly cheap that you have to dump EVGA and buy it. I'm sure you're OK with OC'ing the card yourself, aren't you?
The case I suppose is just a personal preference, so I can't recommen one for you. And BTW, the total cost of the components I linked to is $850. And you would be getting so much more than if you bought one pre-built.
