Default CompTIA A+ Certification Sources

I want to start preparing to get my a+ certification and I want to use a video training and I've heard of 2 sources VTC and CBT Nuggets but I don't know which would be more visual and in depth, if anyone has suggesstions to other sources I don't know about, or maybe just some links to websites to help me prepare for my exams, then I'd greatly appreciate it, Thank You in Advance.

Limewire has a whole bunch of A+ stuff, but they can be outdated. It still helps. If you get lucky, you'll get some newer study guides.

*Fact: Microsoft Window's Blue Screen of Death vs Computerforums.org's White Screen of Death. Which is worse?

Nothing will prepare you more than actually working with computers. Additionally, any book by Mike Myers is a good choice. Check the CompTIA Web site, they just updated the tests not long ago.
