Default Compression Program Help

Hi

I am wondering if it is possible to compress a dvd onto a cd. You see i have ripped a dvd onto my pc and i dont have a blank dvd and i am wondering if it is possible to compress it via a program (preferebly a free program) to fit on a cd?

Thankyou very much

Uhh make sure what you're doing is legal here... But what you're looking for is a VCD. Search google for DVD to VCD and you should get some good results. In the long run, its worth it to just buy a DVD burner; theyre really cheap... Believe me, because in the VCDs, menus dont work, quality is terrible, etc...

Yes, buy some blank DVDs (DVD-R), they're pretty cheap now, and burn it onto that using DVDClone (search on google for the most recent version). Itll have perfect quality
