Default Compressing a movie

I have 1.5gb of video of me playing battlefield 2 using fraps. I want to make it alot smaller....say 200mb. I've done it before with windows movie maker, but idont know how to do it anymore. any help?

hmmm, i dunno
wtf are you gonna do with all that video anyway
but you might wanna try some 3rd party programs

Try converting it to RealMedia or xVid format. They usually compress very well.

WinAVI is a good converter, you could use.
