Default compressing files

i have a television series that i want to save to a data cd so i can keep it from taking up room on my HD. how do i compress them all so they can fit on one cd? its 26 episode at about 170 MB each.

Well not all one cd. But you can download.. Uh.. winRAR, and compress then through that..
