Default Compatible or not?

Can somebody please double check for me if these are compatible, i think they're correct. If they are all compatible how good would it be, can it run games like counter strike, age of empires 3. The mobo seems a bit cheap and nasty. Im trying to go as cheap as possible. Do i need to buy any cables now, more fans. I think the case will fit. How do i use the USB ports @ the front. Is the USB ports all USB 2? Any1 want to give me any suggestions on improving it. I might buy another stick of RAM

I think for that price it would be cheaper to just buy a prebuilt computer. Like in a Best Buy add today there was a computer with these specs
AMD Athlon 64 3800+
1GB Ram
200GB Hard drive
Windows Media Center

All that for 600 U.S. dollars. I know thats a little over your price range but I would suggest just looking at major retail stores and seeing what good deals they have.

They should be compatable. However, you're getting PC 3200 for a 2.66 Processor? Perhaps you should consider 2800 or 3000, it will not make a difference to performance but should make a difference to cost. As well as the case, it looks like a nice one I have to admit but you have put a Micro ATX Motherboard in it. If you like the case you might be able to save some money on a normal ATX board. I Micro ATX case might be more expensive though.

Looks like a nice build though, good luck on it! And we're always here if it doesn't work out

Not too shabby at all! Worth it just for the Processor, the Hard Drive and the Windows Licence!
