I bought a SAS-Sata Cable so I could use my SAS drive(15k RPM FTW) on my mobo (Asus M4a785-m). The Hard Drive does not show up in Bios or Windows. I have hooked the cable to another hard drive, and it shows up. The same Hard Drive will apear in the bios of my Dell server(pos) and windows. I have tried with my other motherboard (Biostar G41-M7 DDR2/LGA775) and it does not show up.
Can I fix this issue or am I going to have to get a SATA hard drive. (probably a velocirapter)
