will my processor

Type : Intel Pentium 4
Internal Specification : Intel(R) Pentium(R) 4 CPU 2.80GHz
Codename : Northwood
Revision : D1

Fit onto this mobo

Im not sure what prescott is.

yes, i'm pretty sure the Northwood P4's use a socket 478 motherboard which is what that board is. Some Prescott's use socket LGA775 but as the specifications indicate, the board is a socket 478 so it should work for you.

Yes, 88 is correct. The Intel Pentium 4 Northwood is a socket 478 processor. It will work just fine with that motherboard.
