Thank you for your suggestion. Initially is only 64M and I have add another 256M to it. The RAMs are PC100. Still cannot find any speed difference. Any suggestions. Thanks

upgrade the processor most likely its a pentuim 4 or something like that

yep.. upgrade the ram 1st.

second the cpu..

and third, just tweak out the OS. check out the below link for more info on tweaking the OS .

Thanks for all your assistance. Can I just change the CPU from P11 to P4? Is there any complications involve? Am trying to find out how to tweak the OS. I am using Windows XP. Thanks again for all your suggestions. Will try out all the suggestions.

U cant upgrade ur cpu to p4, BUT you can upgrade it to socket 370 which is a pentium 3 style chip. they make a converter for this:

that would work, but ur system may have certiain limits to how much upgrade everything to, just make sure u read more info on your computer before upgrading it
