Default comp wont start up

well i dont know how it happened but my other computer started to lag really bad and started to say windows and now it wont even start up... it says the normal unexpected turnoff screen and what mode...i have tried everyone..
then it says that there was either a file corrupt or missing it says that the file was in \windows\system32\config\system

and the file was: 0xc00000e9

do i have to buy a new computer or what.. my computer hit 2 years ago in a couple more weeks
and it was a throw away comp so i wouldent mind getting a new one anyway
please if you know what to do can you tell me please

Rap music is being listened to by 97% of teenagers, if you're one of the 3% of teenagers that actually listen to real music, then put this in your signature

Do you have an xp or vista disk? You probably should try to boot to the disk, try to get to the recovery console and then run a chkdsk /r
