Default Command Rate for RAM

How do you change it? I only have 1GB of RAM and it's stuck at 2. I don't think that should be happening.

Oh, and how do you overclock RAM? I can't get my clock over 200MhZ in the BIOS.

Nah it's not. I do have to raise the FSB. It works.

IDK exactly what the command rate is, but I know it should be at 1T and Everest says it's at 2T

I looked at it today, and it wasn't there for some reason. I looked at some of the screenshots for the BIOS in MSI K8N Neo4 Platinum SLI on some sites, and I saw the command rate. For some reason though, either my BIOS is locked or my memory is locked.
