uhh...whats the command to make it so your internet doesnt run?

Well that's funny, why would you want to do that? lol You mean Internet as a whole, like the connection or the browsers?

And how to you get it where it does run again?

ipconfig /renew (to get it back after ipconfig /release)

but disable in windows device manager is easier....

its the other way around mate.

ipconfig /release ( will disconnect)
ipconfig /renew (will reconnect)

yeah, sorry if that was confusing, but I was adding on to what the other guy said- ipconfig /release is to get rid of it, and ipconfig /renew is to get it back.
