Codec Problems

ok, I have put Camstudio in my pc so i can make vids of my favorite games and not pay 37 dollars for Fraps, heres the problem:


All the Codecs i try seem to have an error except for the crappy Microsoft video 1. DivX has an error which makes me not able to run in fullscreen, and Microsoft video one records at about 4 fps. Is there a fix for this because i am getting very annoyed

Try there. As far as I know every thing there is open source and free.

hmmm, what do you use if at all?

As far as codecs I use the K-lite pack. If that doesn't make it go then get the Mega pack.
As far as making movies of the screen I have used Media Encoder 9. It's a freebie from Microsoft. If you have MM or MM2 it should be in the folder with it in the start menu.
