Clock interrupt BSOD Problem HELP!

if you look at the thing that seem to be connected all is Vista.
Every forum i saw, everybody that says that they have this problem, all was using Vista

I did read somewhere that the MOBO might not be fully compatable with certain hardware so that might cause the problem, I don't know how true that is. I'm going to get Windows XP again I think... Hopefulyl when windows 7 comes out it won't be such a disaster...
