Just take your keyboard and turn it sideways and take a can of compressed air and blow all the crap out of there. Then take a little bit of rubbing alcohol and dip a rag in it (very little) and clean off the keys with it. You can also use a cotton swab, just take a dry rag and wipe it off after. Trust me, it will feel like a new keyboard.
