Default CHKDSK for HDDs

Hey Guys, I have a PC with no OS installed, is there something that I can boot from a CD Similar to MeMtest to test my HDD? I downloaded Hirens boot CD what app should I use from this? Thanks

Look into Ultimate Boot Disk 4 Windows. I think it has something that will let you do a HDD check.

Why the ultimate boot cd for windows? Personally i'd just use good old UBCD. It's just one of these things that everyone should have a copy of lying around somewhere!
