Default chipset heatsink

im trying to get a new heatsink on my motherboard, i bought one before, but it didnt fit because of the holes were in different position, but the new heatsink did fit on my friends mobo, so can anyone post a heatsink that will fit in my DFI INF NF ULTRAII-M2 chipset?
its like running around 60 degrees celsius and i think thats a bit high, and want a new heatsink to cool it down.
Found some nice ones on newegg, but not sure if it fits with my mobo

because me and my friend jimmy rigged the stock one, and the fan is kind of broken, and somehow today, the fan wasnt working for some reason, and my chipset went to 84 degrees celcius for like 2 hours, then i disconnected the fan and reconnected it and started to work again, so i want a new one so i wont have to constantly check the chipset temp to make sure that the fan is working properly
