Default Checking memory for Error ? ? ?

Hi, I recently bought World of Warcraft and I was really excited to play. I installed it fine but the patch would not install. So I called them up for help and they said to run a program to see if my memory is bad. I have no idea what that means. I need help finding a program that checks your memory.

btw I already tried formatin (several times)
