The memory you have chosen isn't as fast as your board can support. The maximum your motherboard supports is 800mhz, and you've chosen 667mhz RAM. As far as I know, this isn't really an issue.

If you can afford it, get another 1GB stick, as you'll get a boost from 2GB's. Even in every day situations, I promise you.
 
I am assuming you already have fans for cooling? what about a gfx card?
 
Yes, i agree with Kage, or else why not just get a 1GB 800Mhz RAM after all you are going to be building a new computer.
 
well first go to a 1 gb of 800
second wheres ur video card(also y is everone calling the video card a GFXcard now?)
third wat is this going to b used for if its not gaming and just for mulittasking then stick wit that CPU and OC it to picies but then get a aftermarket cooler
but other than that it looks solid :D
