Cheap Vista-Compatible Tuner? PCI and HD channels for cable?

Hi everyone!

I have a desktop computer with 2GB RAM, Pentium 4 3GHz, and a relatively big screen. It's running Vista Ultimate 32Bit edition. I'm looking for a TV tuner that has to be compatible with Vista Media Center (because I bought the Vista Media Remote which I really like). I'm at college and the TV comes through a cable connection and there are some major HD channels too (I dont have an HD display, but I know the quality is still better in HD channels)

I'm not looking for anything too expensive; quality isn't too important, but if it can get my HD channels that would be great.

as far as i no
right now there are no highdeff tv tuners availbe =[ suxs huh
u can tho plug your cable box into your monitor =D

I'm not sure if I meant HD tuner; currently I have an HP Laptop with an ExpressCard Tuner I bought with it. It plugs into my cable connection fine, and somehow obtains the HD channels which are just better picture quality (probably not full HD experience though)... And it's Vista

So I need something similar for a desktop computer (like PCI or something)
