how cheap is "cheap"
if you are in the $50 range then get a ti4200 (off ebay.. they are no longer in production)
if you are in the $100 range then get a 9600 pro or 9600xt
if you are in the $200 range then get a 9800 pro and if you can get a 6600gt

The 'SAPPHIRE RADEON 9800SE ATLANTIS' is a good bet. It's also a TV card at the same time, and not too pricey.

Forget that ATI 9600 Pro.. try the better FX 5700.

How much more money is that? I am trying to stay in a price range of $200.
