Hello again... For those interested, I got some progress... First off, I read if you set up your computer as a Standard PC, this disabled ACPI(which controls IRQ settings) which in turn allows you to manually set them. After doing this, my comp rebooted and began to reinstall everything. Befor I let it reboot, I checked and things all had different IRQs! I then reboot it and it promptly gives me an error. Something about HAL.dll was missing or currupt?! I can't recall exactly what this stood for, but it also controled the IRQs. Hardware something... anyway, I ran the repair option from my CD and got the computer running again but it was back to the original mode. I'm not sure if setting my computer up as a standard PC though setup would work better, but I'd rather not reload my computer ATM...

Any ideas? Suggestions? Comments?
