I am having a problem with my computer when I try to change the user account info. Every Time I try to change either the admin name or password the computer reboots and when I log back in I get this error. Temp\WER644c.dir00\Mini031909-01.dmp and Temp\WER644c.dir00\sysdata.xml. I can change the info in safe mode but even when running last working configuration this error comes up. I googled them with no luck any help would be greatly appreciated thanks.
