Default Changing out a graphics card.

Hey just recently bought a new computer. I was asking some people on another forum site and they seemed to think that my computer would have trouble running any games. And they suggested i upgrade my graphics card. I am not a big gamer and i mostly just wanted to run call of duty modern warfare on it and i dont even mind if its on low or medium settings. Can my computer run this game without lagging? And if not can i get some suggestions as to what graphics card i should upgrade to and a brief summary of how difficult and what all is involved in changing it out. Again i would rather not change it out if its not needed.

AMD Athlon II X3 425
1000 GB hårddisk
ATI HD4350 512 MB

Go to http://canirunit.com and it'll tell you what the performance will be like.

If you need to change the card, its simple, but we'll get to that later if need be.
