Default Changing default icons in XP

I know I asked this a few days ago, but I was in a rush and I don't think I worded it right.

Is there any way I can change the default icons in XP to some that I have downloaded. I know I can change them individually, but I want to change the default file so that everytime I create a folder it comes up with my new icon.

Is this possible???

Thanks
