Default Change dell bios to overclock cpu?

is anyone aware of anyway to change/unlock? the dell bios so you can overclock your cpu on it? i have a dell dimension 4600 with an intel pentium 4 @ 3GHz, but this chip is supposedly capable to overclock to 3.4GHz, and i would like to be able to give this computer a boost.

You're not going to be able to overclock with a prebuilt system of any type.

also, i've only got the stock heat sink on it, so if i even were able to overclock it, i would probably have to get an aftermarket heat sink/fan to cool it down.
