Cell Phone Skin

I have a printer that would be able to print those cell phone skins and xbox 360 faceplate skins but I dont not know where to get the outline for the faceplate so I could add any image,...

Anyone might know where I would be able to find that... thanks..

btw I have a deskjet 8000s printer (digital printer)
