my dad has a celeron processor iw s wondering if there is ne way to overclock it since the bios is locked?

you could look for a new version of the BIOS, that could offer overclocking.

You would have to flash the BIOS and then go from there into advanced chipset features, or however your BIOS is set up.

If its an intel board there isant an advanced features...but flash it or get new bios and see what happens.
