CD drive ?

O.K. this will seem stupid to other people who know what the problem is but I was wanting to watch a movie I got from Movie Gallery ( James Bond) and I put a CD in and It attempts to read the CD. Tried Nero CD speed and It was reading at 4.0 and I thought the CD drive was not getting enough power because of the big A** video card that requires more that my powerbox can handle ( but it is still safe). Pull the card out and try again, still same sepeed and nno read on the DVD player. Is this a copy protection they are using or a hardware malfunction? Tried another CD and it worked. But still none on Bond.

I just recently borrowed Casino Royale and watched it on my computer, there is something weird about that DVD though, it has a special copyright protection thing on it from Sony, which screws things up a little. I watched it using Nero Showtime.
