Cd Audio Track convert to dvd format??

So I have two video camera cds that I wish to convert them to a dvd format to later combine these two cds into one dvd. so my family and i can watch on tv instead on the litte screen of the video camera.

I tried to do it myself but no luck. The file type of the cds are CD Audio Track thats what they both say. Is there a way for that to be converted to a dvd format?

Right click, properties. An example is .mp4

When i right click on the file and then click on properties . In the window that pops up it only shows one tab, General, and where it says "Type of File" it says 'CD Audio Track'.
