How much are you willing to spend on a good case? The average computer case are the midtowers and they support regular ATX motherboards and miniATX also. Most likely, you're going to get a midtower case.

Price is not a factor but I was looking around the range of $100 but again I dont really mind paying for any kind of case. I found a really nice case that I agreed to purchase IF and only IF I am able to move everything to it without any issues;

What kind of information must I give you so you can determine weather it will work with my computer or not?

I recommend Lian Li computer cases. They have excellent air flow and material.

My personal favorite:

What's the specs of the Compaq Presario? Well, I'm more interested in what kind of motherboard it has. That case you linked before looks pretty good too. So you have a good choice of the two.

If you download the free trial of Everest, it will tell you the form factor of your motherboard.
