Those both look pretty nice. Nice pickup on the PSU, it's got two 12v rails.

Case is all up to you, anything will do. But psu, not really. The one you chose is just crap. I like single 12V rails better, as opposed to 2, 3, or 4 12V rails. Why? It is because each 12V rail powers something different. Like one may power the cpu and the hard drives, while another powers the gpu. And those 12V rails might be limited to 18A each, so basically you only have 18A for the cpu, 18A for the gpu. But with a single 12V rail psu, you can get a shared 40-60A. Then it gets more complicated with new Rail Fusion stuff where you can combine the 12V rails.
