Case Problem

What happens if I have a motherboard and my case doesn't have all the right slots for the amount of USB, PS2, etc plugs I have. Do I have to cut holes in the back?

Oh yeah, what do you guys think of my new build? It's in my sig.

The motherboard should have come with the proper I/O backplate to use in place of the one that's on the case. If you don't have it, a quick inquiry to the motherboard manufacturer should get you one.
