Out of these cases can someone tell me what is the best for a begginer builder to get and if any of these are good cases their pretty standard and look a little dodgy thanx for your opinions

Dude, it's a case. Pick any sturdy, well-built case you like and read people's reviews on them. You ca tell from the picture wether the drives are good which they usually are. You can't really go wrong unless it isn't made well and has a bad power supply. Just get a thermaltake or Antec psu.
