i would say yes..but im not all that familiar with the 6800nu so my opinion on that matter shouldnt be taken too seriously

yes, the 6800GT in my opinion is worth the extra cash. But im pretty sure that the 6800nu can play games just fine.

I want to get somthing though that I wont have to upgrade for a while so Im going to buy the eVGA 6800GT.

Yeah, that's a good plan, you shouldn't have to upgrade that for a good long while.
