can't see F: in my computer or windows explorer

I can't see the F: drive when I go to my computer or windows explorer. Any ideas with what could be wrong?

edit: There is an extra 4x1 cable from the power supply that is not used. It was used before and when I was messing around with the PSU, i guess i forgot where to connect it. So far, i have a 24 pin connector to the motherboard and a 2x2 cable to the mobo also. Then there are two 4x1 cables that go to each to the dvd/cd drives. There is also one that goes to the hard drive. Then there is the floppy disc cable that connects there. I am left with an extra 4x1 cable and dont know where it goes. Can someone please tell me where it goes?

How many hard drives do you have? Make sure there's a power connection to all hard drives (4x1).

nevermind, i fixed the problem. I just plugged in one of the wrong wires. Its all cool now. Thanks anyways.
