well that sucks....other OS's have to pay money to have the double click feature........ Next thing you'll now they'll be suing that the start menu was their idea....

so, this is just like the one click checkout system on epurchases. the single click checkout is copyrighted (I think by Amazon) websites are not actually allowed to use it.

Isn't that a reasonable view? Linux uses Double Click doesn't it?

They don't need money; they need intellectual property rights through which they can destroy their enemies. If Linux can't pay them for it then they'll have to give property rights up - then its only a matter of time. And there are so many tiny useless Linux Distributions anyway. Mac isn't going to do well from it either.
