Default Can't play a file in Real Player

Hey fellas I transferred this audio file from a CD to my hard drive. It is in Real Player format. However when I play it, I get this message: "A General Error has occurred. An operation failed due to certification failure. More information is available at the RealNetworks Customer Support Website." I get an option od OK
or More Info. When I click "More Info", nothing happens. If I play it in Windows Media Player, it works but the thing is that this won't transfer to my IPOD. What can I do to fix this, thanx!!!!!!!!!!!!

It sounds like it could possibly have some protection on it. Try ripping it in Windows Media Player.

Go into windows media player, go to Copy from CD or Rip Music, select the device which contains the cd in the drop down box and click rip.
