Can't Erase CD-RW

I have this CD-RW that i've been burning audio files on, and periodically formatting it to change whats on there, no I can't erase it like I usually do with Nero DiscSpeed.

Did you accidentally set it to finalize on the last burn you did? That would keep it from being erased.
