Can't Delete A File

There is a VideoGame Trailer One of My friends downloaded, and it wont delete off my computer. It keeps telling me that it is being used by another program or user. I tried rebooting and deleting and it still wont let me.

Is it READ ONLY?

It might be read only ip you cant delete it try dragging to the recycle bin, if no use copy it somewhere on your c: drive then you wont know its there.
