Get the custom one because Alienware are ass. They're just expensive and not any more powerful or better built than any custom build you could do yourself for cheaper

I knew a guy who had an alienware laptop and the charger broke. They took the whole laptop away to Ireland repalced the motherboard without asking him and charged him 700 quid. He sued them and it dropped to 150 but he still had to pay that.

it is so much better building your own pc than buying a prefab, you will also save lots of money

From your price range and needs, I would say a desktop is the way to go.

Definitely go for a custom PC mate. It was the best choice I ever made and a lot made.

i used to think alienware were the shizzle, but being part of dell its obvious they cant be
ive heard more and more bad things about them lately and to be fair a custom built pc will always win. it just depends if youve got the knowledge, time, etc.

well i think that Alienwares are a way too overpriced
Custom is the way to go

Alienware is overpriced and worthless to have. Custom kicks them all the way and is much cheaper.
