Default can't backup my DVD

I am trying to copy my DVD but i cant do it. I have dvd shrink but it doesnot work. So i tried using dvd decrypter and that wont work either. wont copy the dvd in iso like its supposed to. anyone have any suggestions. thanks

What burning tool are using with these programs Nero? it might be a setting in there, If you can pu the DVD files onto your computer then the problem must be to do with your burning software.

no the thing is I can't rip the DVD in the first place even with DVD decrypter. That DVD has some heavy protection. It fails everytime I attempt to rip it

OK I think I might know what it is, its probably the CSS copy protection on it so you will probably need something like DVD FAB
http://www.dvdfab.com/ This problem even removes the region play so you can play any region DVDs.
