Default Can you run an AGP and PCI Video Card together?

I have a 6800GT AGP card running and was wondering if I could also install a 32-bit PCI TV-Tuner card. Using Win XP is it possible to have two independent VGA systems and simply choose between the two as required? Anyone have experience with this?

PS: I have an ASUS P4P800 mobo, P4 HT, 1GB Ram.

Cheers,
Mech.
